Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Explain government historical perspective (legislative requirements)
Grasp the Federal Budget Process
Practice Appropriation Law case studies
Interpret Federal Account Symbols and Titles (receipt, expenditure, suspense)
Select the correct Agency Location Codes (ALCs/DSSNs)
Use Budgetary formula and OMB reports SF 132 and 133 (Facts II)
Apply FMS 6200 Warrant and FMS 1151 Non Expenditure Transfer Authorization
Demonstrate the use of collection/disbursement documents and monthly reports
Construct sample FMS 224 (FMS 1219/1220) Reporting documents
